Faroese record label TUTL has just released Eivør Pálsdóttir’s new album, Bridges. The lyrics to “Tides” were written by West Virginian poet Randi Ward.
Photographs Displayed In Faroese National Art Gallery
Three photographs by Randi Ward— “Mørk,” “Bygdarlívið II,” and “Bygdarlívið XIII”— were selected for the juried Ólavsøka Exhibition that is on display at The National Art Gallery of the Faroe Islands in Tórshavn. The annual exhibition opens at Listasavn Føroya during the Faroese national holiday, Ólavsøka, and lasts throughout the month of August.
